Anyone with a computer and internet access from anywhere in the world can participate in the on line meeting.
Each class is part of a series of 3 classes addressing important areas of Mindfulness. The classes can be taken individually or as a whole.

Who do we love? What do we love? Love and desire are two distinctly different movements—it requires mindfulness and vigilance to know the difference. Using mindfulness practice we can enable the movement of love to take place without the problematic features of desire.

If you can watch YouTube videos, you can attend this webinar online. Christopher Titmuss, a former Buddhist monk in Thailand and India, teaches Awakening and Insight Meditation around the world, and is the founder of the on line Mindfulness Training Course. A senior Dharma teacher in the West, he is also a poet and writer whose books include An Awakened Life, Mindfulness for Everyday Living and Transforming Our Terror. He lives in Totnes, Devon, England.
