With Christopher Titmuss. Starting Sunday 16 February 2025. For four Sundays. 90 minutes sessions. Hosted by Sanga Live.
“All those in the past, present and future, who have stopped inflicting suffering on themselves and others, engage in regular reflection.” (MLD 61).
Wise reflection requires development of a skill to recognise and apply clarity and insights to situations.
A single change can lead to lifelong benefit for oneself and others.
The course includes training and practices in reflection/appropriate thought.
We are faced with major challenges. Conflict, self-doubt and a troubled world express three of the issues affecting our daily lives.
