From Mindfulness to Reflection to Insight. A Challenging Online Course. Starting Sunday 16 February

With Christopher Titmuss. Starting Sunday 16 February 2025. For four Sundays. 90 minutes sessions. Hosted by Sangha Live.

Dear Ones,

Trust me. It takes a skill and practice to apply mindfulness to an issue, reflect on the issue and come to an understanding providing clarity and peace of mind.

You benefit and others, too.

We have four sessions. I will give you homework between the four sessions.

You will be asked to share with everybody one of your three written responses.

See times and dates below, plus link to join the Course.

Homework requires reflection and precision in language.

Three questions per week. Each question requires a reflection.

A new question each week and two repeated questions.

Here are the two repeated questions throughout the course.

  • What did you develop this week? And why?
  • What did you let go of this week? And why?
  • Minimum 40 words and maximum 60 words per written response to each question. You will be invited to read out one of your reflections or place in the Chat column.

Module 1. What is the significance of finding a purpose in a challenging situation? Give an example from the week.

Module 2. What enables you to deepen reflection and what confirms it?

Module 3. What enables you to reflect, despite issues in the mind, pain in the body or both?

Module 4. From your experience, what needs to take place in reflection to support freedom – such as freedom from, freedom to be and freedom to act?

Unless we reflect, we remain doomed to repetitive behaviour.

A single reflection can lead to lifelong benefit for oneself and others.

The course includes training and practices in reflection/appropriate thought.
