Personal Contribution
Last month, Embodiment Meditation presented a five days of meditation teachings. The Zoom conference kindly invited myself to make a 60-minute contribution.
I transcribed, edited and adapted to the guided meditation my talk to text. See first link below.

Other long-standing mindfulness/meditation teachers also contributed to the embodiment meditation week.
The conference asked me to send them an invoice for $200.00 (£150) for my 60-minute contribution. Very welcome and appreciated.
I have written a warm critique of Embodiment Conference primarily for those in pursuit of knowledge from the Embodiment Library and other resources.
These major promotions can overwhelm people upon entering the spiritual supermarket.
I have written a basic response to help seekers to bear in mind the priorities. This might be helpful.
